LGBTQ+ Affirming Therapy

Is being a member of the LGBTQ+ community important to you and your identity? Then it is to me too. Figuring out if and how to come out to yourself and others? I have and will continue to hold space for those discovering themselves and possible communities.
Let's say you are well-established in the LGBTQ+ community, it does not mean you do not have concerns and history that is influenced by your LGBTQ+ identity. This can include but not be limited to family dynamics, marginalization within your communities (PoC and/or Bi/Pan/Asexual/ Poly in LGBTQ+ spaces, places of worship, work), feelings of self-worth, minority stress, difficult relationships and break-up. I am affirming of all gender and sexual minorities including not limited to those in non-monogamous relationships.
I create space that allow and encourage people to be honest and honor their experiences. This is why about 50% of my clients identify as LGBTQ+ compared to 4% in Santa Clara County. I would like to talk to you. I welcome you to click below to set up a 20 minute chat.
