Crisis services (Hotline & shelter) in 41 languages for individuals who have experienced controlling relationships.

Maitri (not 24 hours)

Online and in-person resources focused on South Asian individuals who have experienced abusive relationships (partner and/or in-laws).  They provide services in Gujarati, Hindi, Malayalam, Marathi, Marwari, Punjabi, Sindhi, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu, and others.

Alcohol & Other Drug Recovery

So many times when going through it we learn to cope in ways that later do not serve us. Sometimes that includes using drugs or alcohol.  No shame coming from here.  If you would like to find a space to have a different relationship with substances here are some spaces to start with.  No one way is 100% for everyone.
