Our office is on Mutsun-Ohlone Muwekma land. We thank the Mutsun-Ohlone Muwekma elders, who are and were stewards of the land. The land was occupied through colonialism from the Spanish, and now continues through the United States, California, and San Jose governments, and non-indigenous residents. It is important to acknowledge and know that this harm through colonization continues. We work to move toward a more just, healed, and decolonized world.
A LITTLE ABOUT THERAPY
It takes courage to engage in therapy. I would be happy to talk if you have any questions about therapy in general. Finding the right therapist can be a critical choice. We can talk see if we would work well together and if not about how to find someone else.
Our Black Lives Matter & Racial Justice Statement
For years I have been consulting with public services, law enforcement, large and small non-profits around survivor-focused and culturally humble/ competent services for survivors of crime.
